Cancelling your policy

You may cancel your Warranty Assure policy at any time. Your cancellation rights and any entitlement to a refund will depend on when the policy is cancelled and whether a claim has been made under the policy.

Statutory cancellation rights

If you have paid for your warranty cover, you have a statutory right to cancel your policy within 14 days from the date you receive your policy documentation.

If you cancel within this 14-day cooling-off period:

If you received this policy free of charge, you may cancel the policy at any time by providing written notice.

Cancellation outside the statutory period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, you may still cancel your policy at any time by giving prior written notice.

Warranty Assure reserves the right to cancel your warranty policy by providing 21 days’ prior written notice by registered post to your last known address.
