Updating your contact details or vehicle registration
If you need to update your contact information or notify us of a change to your vehicle registration number, please get in touch with our team. You can email us at
info@warrantyassure.com and we’ll update your policy records accordingly.
Making payment changes

Transfer of warranty cover
If you sell your vehicle, the remaining warranty cover may be transferred to a new private owner, subject to approval. This can help provide added reassurance to the buyer.
The warranty cannot be transferred to a motor trader and all policy terms, including servicing requirements, must have been met. Once transferred, the policy will not be subject to the statutory cancellation period.
To request a transfer, the new owner must submit the required details within 14 days of purchase. A £35 administration fee (including VAT) applies. For assistance, please call 0845 8727 654 or email info@warrantyassure.com.
