Step 02
Choose where your vehicle Is repaired
You can choose a repairer from our approved network or use a VAT-registered garage of your choice. Repairer details and a full quotation will be required before any work begins.
Step 03
Pay any applicable excess
You will then need to cover any applicable agreed upon excess and any outside costs not included in your cover. Approved repair costs will then be covered in line with your warranty terms.
Step 04
Drive away with a clear mind
Once approved, the repair is carried out and your claim is brought to a close, with support available if you need anything further.
